Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to keep your appointment you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. We reserve the right to ask for your credit card to hold your next appointment where you will then be charged the price of the treatment for a no show.

Spa Etiquette - Please help us by arriving on time for your appointment. Promptness is appreciated. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. If you arrive late, you may run the risk of shortening the length of your treatment.

Children - We respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 to our facility so that you and others may relax and enjoy quiet treatments.

Tips - Rates do not include gratuity that is both appropriate and appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. They may not be included on your credit card.

Satisfaction Guaranteed - All of our therapists are licensed and trained to provide excellent services. If you wish to try different operators, our staff of professionals understands and respects your desire to try someone new. Remember, we work as a team!

Personal Belongings - Please consider leaving your valuables at home where they are most safe.

Frequest User Series - Save time and money by purchasing our services in a series. We are happy to offer six treatments for the price of five. Payment is required in advance. Our staff will work with you to determine the optimum time interval between treatments to maximize your results.

Gift Cards - You can choose the desired dollar amount to be placed on the gift card. Gift card minimum is $25. The card remains active until the full value of the card is used up. The balance is not redeemable in cash.

Personal Information - It is important that you inform our staff of any health issues, pregnancy, medications or allergies so that we can meet your needs and make your service comfortable. If you have any concern at all, please let us know.

Special Events - We are happy to accommodate groups and parties. We will work with you to customize your special events. See the management for specific details.

Pricing and Return Policy - All products returned unopened can be exchanged for spa credit. All sales are final. Due to sanitary considerations, we are unable to accept returns on opened skin treatment products. Prices of all products and services are subject to change.

What to Wear - Most massages and body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what is comfortable to you. You will be given a wrap for your facial treatments in order to protect your clothes.

Your Comfort - This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, just tell us.

Room Time - Each 60 minute treatment refers to room time. If you are late for your treatment, it may interfere with your total room time.

Cell Phones - Please either turn off your cell phone completely or put it on silence for the duration of your treatment.

Payment - We accept cash, checks, VISA/MC, American Express, Discover and Diner's.
